 Some times visualize that the ocean of consciousness is rippling before you. You are standing on its shore and enjoying the spectacle. Your body has ventured to play on its surface, and it drowns in front of you. You, who observed this entire episode, are the surviving witness, the Atman. In this manner know yourself, as the witness, separate from the body.
