  लोग बोलते हैं कि ध्यान व आत्मचिन्तन के लिए हमें फुरसत नहीं मिलती | लेकिन भले मनुष्य ! जब नींद आती है तब सब महत्वपूर्ण काम भी छोड़कर सो जाना पड़ता है कि नहीं ? जैसे नींद को महत्व देते हो वैसे ही चौबीस घन्टों में से कुछ समय ध्यान व आत्मचिन्तन में भी बिताओ | तभी जीवन सार्थक होगा | अन्यथा कुछ भी हाथ नहीं लगेगा | 
 People seek excuse saying that they have no time for meditation and introspection. But dear friend ! Don’t you go to sleep leaving aside all important works, when you are tired? Give due importance to meditation and make time for it in the day, the same way you make time for sleep. Only then will the objective of this human birth be fulfilled. Otherwise your whole life will be nothing but a waste.

O powerful soul! Behold your inner Self. Chant ॐ... Crush away the demoralizing thoughts and worldly fears. You have already suffered a lot due to your disheartening thoughts and considering this world to be real.

सब वस्तुओं में ब्रह्मदर्शन करने में यदि आप सफल न हो सको तो जिनको आप सबसे अधिक प्रेम करते हों ऐसे, कम-से-कम एक व्यक्ति में ब्रह्म परमात्मा का दर्शन करने का प्रयास करो | ऐसे किसी तत्वज्ञानी महापुरुष की शरण पा लो जिनमें ब्रह्मानंद छलकता हो | उनका दृष्टिपात होते ही आपमें भी ब्रह्म का प्रादुर्भाव होने की सम्भावना पनपेगी | जैसे एक्स-रे मशीन की किरण कपड़े, चमड़ी, मांस को चीरकर हड्डियों का फोटो खींच लाती है, वैसे ही ज्ञानी की दृष्टि आपके चित्त में रहने वाली देहाध्यास की परतें चीरकर आपमें ईश्वर को निहारती है |
 If you cannot behold Brahman in all beings, try to behold him in at least a Self-realized person. Seek refuge in Him, whose heart is full of Supreme bliss. His mere glance will kindle the possibility of your awakening into Supreme Bliss. Just as X-rays penetrate the outer layers of clothes, skin, soft tissues and muscles to take the photograph of Bones, the glance of a Self-realized Saint penetrates through the different layers of your false identification with the body that lie in the chitta enabling you to see the indwelling God.

लोग क्यों दुःखी हैं ? क्योंकि अज्ञान के कारण वे अपने सत्यस्वरूप को भूल गये हैं और अन्य लोग जैसा कहते हैं वैसा ही अपने को मान बैठते हैं | यह दुःख तब तक दूर नहीं होगा जब तक मनुष्य आत्म-साक्षात्कार नहीं कर लेगा | 
 Why do people suffer? Due to ignorance they have forgotten their original self and believe themselves to be what others say of them. This suffering will continue till the true nature of the self is not realized.

किसी से कुछ मत माँगो | देने के लिये लोग आपके पीछे-पीछे घूमेंगे | मान नहीं चाहोगे तो मान मिलेगा | स्वर्ग नहीं चाहोगे तो स्वर्ग के दूत आपके लिये विमान लेकर आयेंगे | उसको भी स्वीकार नहीं करोगे तो ईश्वर आपको अपने हृदय से लगायेंगे |
Do not ask for anything from anyone and people will be eager to offer you everything. When you do not expect respect it will come your way. When you do not desire for heaven, heavenly messengers will come with a celestial plane to take you with them. If you refuse even that, then God himself will come and embrace you.

 Filled with divine love in your heart, when you perceive the Lord in a chandal, a thief, a sinner, a guest and in all beings, you become a worthy candidate for the Love of the Lord.
