स्वप्न से जाग कर जैसे स्वप्न को भूल जाते हैं वैसे जाग्रत से जागकर थोड़ी देर के लिए जाग्रत को भूल जाओ | रोज प्रातः काल में पन्द्रह मिनट इस प्रकार संसार को भूल जाने की आदत डालने से आत्मा का अनुसंधान हो सकेगा | इस प्रयोग से सहजावस्था प्राप्त होगी |
